What Makes water.org unique?

1. We think in terms of practical economic solutions. While it often only takes a few days between when the drilling rigs appears and the new water point is in place, many months of preparation go into establishing a sustainable water project in the community.

2. We believe in power and autonomy of the people we serve. They are people with financial power, rights, and the capabilities to define their own futures. They know the specific needs of their communities and what will work; we have resources that can help make it happen.

3. We know what works long-term. We've been dedicated to this issue for more than 25 years, building solutions, making progress, and looking at the problem from every angle to find a new and better ways to put water expertise to work.
