WOUTC is looking for individuals to fill the following positions:

Secretary:

• Maintain club and meeting records

• Must attend general board meetings

• Maintain WOUTC website and coordinate activities with the Marketing committee

​

Sponsorship Executives: 

• Identify potential sources of funding, resources and opportunities

• Work with the marketing committee and VP external on marketing strategies

• Must attend general board meetings

​

Events Executives:

• Plan, organize and attend most events

• Attend and discuss ideas at board meetings

• Work with the marketing committee and VP internal on marketing strategies

​

Marketing Executives:

• Design, develop and distribute posters promoting the group and its initiatives on social media and in person

• Work with the sponsorship and events committees on marketing strategies
